Could I get ya to do a reborn Neela overlay? I guess I was thinking of like… marble statue-esque coloring for the Neela itself + golden accents (I.e. horn tips w maybe like darker grey or silver base horn, darker side streak, hooves, leg bands) and then like bright gold fire hmm—let me know if you’re willing to take that on!

We're off to a strong start. Hm a few notes though, all just bits of finetuning: -I love loveeeee how the marble colors are coming out :) Love the cracking details! -Could we get the eye back to a live eye rather than a statue eye? The concept for this pet is Prometheus doing his firebringer shenanigans, so I think I'd prefer more of a statue-colored recolor than the full statue fantasy. -Would it be possible to bring that dark accent streak along the full length of the dapples? (i just realized the reborn neela's streak ends abruptly like that and I have... mixed feelings on that as a design choice LOL.) -On the note of the darker grey, could we match the nose/snout to that dark grey, where it was originally colored darker on the reborn Neela? -Could we go with a richer gold on the flames, like brassier and less orange? Maybe I should've linked a ref oops. Could we try doing the tones in the shade Brass (5th up from bottom) in these eyeshadow swatches (click me!)? -On the leg band... Could we just go with the darker marble grey instead with no lineart on it? -On the horn tips: gold color looks great, but would you ok doing more of a gradient fade rather than a hard cap like you've got going here? Would you also be willing to do a version with the colors switched to more of the changed flame colors too so we can see how the colors all look together?

Ahh so hard to choose! I have a handful of pets who are in need of an overlay... hmm~ ((Sorry for the slow reply ;u;" got busy with life and didn't have time to type stuff up.))

Angelic Xotl overlay for my OC~?

Image change Details & Refs

• remove the wings on the head / feathers that are down the back, so we're left with just a frog on a ring
• remove the bumps on the face
• change the dots on the arms/legs to a patchy black lace pattern (if possible ofc~ the Suspicious Inkling & Suspicious Syringe are items I use for his tattoos on site, but lmk if you need a ref other than cws?)
• Also the halo doesn't need to be glowing, so if that disappears in the process that is a-okay, but if it is easier to leave it, that is okay too~
• add some scars here and there, including a couple on the face
• add an eyepatch over the right (our right) eye (the Marauder Eyepatch site item is nice, but just without the heart or maybe with a gold butterfly instead?)
• behind if you could add some light orbs like in the overlay of the Lurid Dusty Duster & maybe some sparkles like the Rainbow Cheese Sparkles (my own release drawn by a dear friend) but mixed around and not in a rainbow gradient

If this one doesn't float your boat or inspire you or is too complicated, then just lmk cause I've got a couple more you could choose from to do~ ❤

I would say 4th is the closest to what we're going for here :) love how the extended stripe looks, leg markings look good too woot woot -do you think we could do a dark grey eye, like the greys we have on the streak? Just trying to think of how to have the eye look less jarring in the larger scheme. -hmm the flame color isn't quite where I want it still--it's still reading a lil muddier copper. I guess the color I had more in mind was more in the family of this here maybe (click me)? my bf futzed around in photoshop to try to get a better sense of the colors, but ngl neither of us know what we're doing hahaha -i think i like the horns matching the flame colors more, kinda like you have in edit 3

Ooh we're close :) Could we try some variations with the horns, maybe some brighter/darker versions before we put a final pin in it? Other than that, we're all good!

oh wow that's not how I thought it would look ^^; He's got a lot more belly than I realised and I don't think the goleden toes work. The oranges seem darker, in fact it all seems a bit darker except the spots that aren't dark enough ^^;
